About the event

The importance of cardiovascular care is one of the most overlooked in our society with soaring rates of cardiovascular diease and most of it is undiagnosed. One person dies of cardiovascular disease every 34 seconds in the U.S.A, according to the CDC. And nobody knows the exact number of people walking around with unhealed hearts. There is no lab test to measure lack of passion or lack of belief. Take a look around and I'm sure you'll quickly realize that there are a lot of people with low vibing heart energy.

What??? Read that again!!!

Often times the heart is left to fend for itself; emotions aren't processed completely, and we force ourselves and our hearts to pull it together and move forward. By ignoring the heart and its needs, we leave the emotions trapped and this can lead to physical ailments.  The heart is trying to get our attention with subtle hints, sometimes these include a feeling of unworthiness, or resistance to change, sometimes it has evolved to  high blood pressure and high cholesterol, and sometimes its chest pain and heart palpitations. All these are signals that there is an imbalance occuring within the body. Now is the time to stop ignoring and start listening to your heart (when he's calling for you.) What is your heart trying to say?

Often times people will describe heartache as not letting love in, but in actuality the ache comes from keeping the heart sealed shut. The heart is meant to flow and radiate love.  When we seal our heart, the love has nowhere to flow. That's when the pain shows up. Our heart's innate purpose is to love, heal and provide life. It's here to pump us to life, guide us to forgive, help us to grow and then love some more...deeper than we thought possible.  By understanding what nutrients the heart needs, we can change the state of our cardiovascular emotional and physical state. It gives us all an opportunity to shift that terrifying statistic.  By giving our heart TLC in the form of lifestyle changes, proper nutrients and emotional support, healing is inevitable. These "matters of the heart" could be affecting your own life or someone else you love.

In this celebration of love, we are putting all our attention on this magical organ. We are giving  our heart a "break" and allowing the love to flow, like it was meant to be❤️.
